You should clean and do your dishes after yourself and also respect the other tenant. The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony (about 3 meters up, so no one can enter through the windows or balcony) on the sunny side. Your room (Bedroom 2 on the floor plan/picture, about 15 m²) has a sunny/southern side. The kitchen also has a northern side. Everything was painted white with eco-friendly paint, giving it a bright and fresh impression. Täljstenen is a quiet and nice area within close biking distance to the city center and very close to BMC or the hospital, which is just on the other side of the city forest. The bus stop is about 50 meters away, with direct routes to the center. You also have direct access to Hågadalen and the surrounding nature. I have a degree in biotechnology and currently work in that field in Uppsala. I have previously been a tenant myself and have also rented out in my current apartment. Therefore, I understand the importance of having privacy and your own space as a tenant. I will highly respect your space and privacy. I am also very clean and value hygiene. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and shelves/cabinets from the previous tenant. Of course, these can be moved if you prefer to use your own furniture. Everything—electricity, water, internet, and consumables (kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies)—is included in the rent, except for personal items. If you'd like your own home insurance, you'll need to arrange that yourself, of course. We'll sign a rental agreement, and the notice period is 2 months (unless we agree on something else). Rummet är möblerade med säng, skrivbord, stol och hyllor/skåp från tidigare inneboende. De går givetvis att flytta dessa om du vill använda dina egna möbler. Allt; el, vatten, bredband och förbrukningsvaror (kök och toa samt städ) ingår i hyran. Dock inte personliga förbrukningsartiklar. Och om du vill ha en egen hemförsäkring får du skaffa det själv såklart. Vi skriver ett hyresavtal och uppsägningstiden är 2 månader (om vi inte kommer överens om något annat).
