It’s only 6–7 minutes to T‑Centralen by subway and about 10 minutes by bus to KTH, making it an excellent location for students. Several parks and green areas are also nearby, perfect for walks or taking a break from studying. The room includes an electric adjustable bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a TV. You’ll also have access to your own private balcony – ideal for morning coffee or fresh air in the evening. Electricity, water, and high‑speed internet are included in the rent. Please note that home insurance is not included, so you will need to arrange your own. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. A friendly and cuddly cat lives here as well, so you should be comfortable with animals. A bit about me: I’m social, open, and easygoing. I used to run my own restaurant and still enjoy cooking, especially traditional Swedish home‑style food. I’m also very active — I go to the gym often and do a lot of sports. I work many evenings, which means you’ll have plenty of quiet time in the apartment for studying. This is a calm home, not a party apartment, but you’re absolutely welcome to have friends over occasionally as long as it’s respectful.
