Outside, there is a barbecue area in the courtyard, as well as a dedicated play area for children. Bicycle racks are available in the yard or in the bicycle room, along with wheelchair and stroller storage. The apartment is well-connected with a bus stop just 50 meters away. Bus #3 provides direct connections to the train station, hospital, and several university buildings. You will need to provide an employment contract and refernces in order to be approved by housing cooperative.
