The apartment is located in Kungshamra, Bergshamra which is a small little area on the border between Solna and Norra Djurgården. There is a little centre which only takes a 5 minute walk to reach where you have some smaller shops, pharmacy, a healthcare center (Vårdcentralen) and some restaurants. This is also where you find the subway which will take you to the two big universities of Stockholm. A 2 minute train ride will take you to Stockholms University which you can also reach by bus just outside the apartment. To get to KTH you take the train for 5 minutes. To the Central station it takes about 10 minutes. The area is close to both the city and nature with just a ten minute walk to Ulriksdals Castle Garden, where you can visit the castle, a local garden shop, visit the local festive markets during holidays or just go for a nice run! Since Bergshamra is surrounded by water it's very easy to find a spot during the warmer months to take a swim or just sunbathe. You can also very easily reach Naturhistoriska riksmuseet, Bergianska botancial garden, Frescati Sports center and more by just taking a ten minute busride. My apartment is located in the Kungshamra student housing block. The area is quiet but you still have a lot of courtyards between the houses where you can meet with friends or visit our outdoor gym. The apartment comes fully furnished with a 140 bed, a dining area and a bookshelf. There is a lot of storage for clothes and cleaning supplies. Two wardrobes, two drawers under the bed for clothes, a clothing rack for hanging clothes but also one in the hallway for your jackets. There is an oven and stove but the fridge is quite small. I will also leave towels and bedsheets if necessary. -Smoking is prohibited. -No big parties. -Preferably no pets but this can be discussed. -Deposition of first months rent is required -Proof of admission -For both's safety we will use the Academic Quarter Agreement Please write to me for any questions!
