The Garden House. I’m renting out my small Garden House in Gamla Enskede - 15 minutes to Stockholm city Center by metro. The house is about 16 square meters with double doors to a deck facing south, has plenty of natural light, good insulation, and floor heating. It’s furnished as a single occupancy study/bedroom. Ther is a refrigerator, hot plate, electric kettle, toaster and microwave to make simple meals. Frying is not an option since there is no kitchen fan. The bathroom - private to the tenant - is a few paces away on the lower ground floor of the main house. The lower ground floor has storage space, a sink for washing up and a washing machine. The garden house would suit someone looking for a quiet garden retreat. Previous tenants have been a Scottish medical doctor, a Polish post-doc researcher and a Swedish post-grad student.
