Hello, my name is Helen and I have a very nice furnished room of 16m2, the room is fully separated and private from the other apartments.. fully equipped with all needed furniture and home appliances. The room is located in an excellent location, 5 minutes from Borlänge center and around 8 mins from the central station. it is also 3 minutes away from Maxi ICA, a mega store that has everything under one roof! The neighborhood is a very friendly one, with private houses around and very calm most time and days of the year. The rental fee include all services (Water, heating, electricity and Wifi). The room has it own toilet (not shared), while the showering room is shared with another apartment. As it is by default in Sweden, the laundry room is shared for the whole building. where a washing and drying machines are available together with all other needed basic stuff. In other words, everything is ready for you to pack your suitcase and move in :-)
