The bathroom features a machine washer and a tumble dryer. We are renting to a couple or a family with stable finances and good references. The apartment is rented out furnished. Heating, water, electricity, and internet costs are not included in the rent. A one-month deposit is required to ensure the property remains undamaged. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided no damages have occurred.
