Well-planned 51 m² two-room apartment in calm Västra Hamnen Bright and open layout with a large sunny south-facing balcony and outdoor furniture. Comfortable king-size bed (180×200). Only a short walk to Scaniabadet, Dockan marina and Ribersborg beach, yet close to restaurants, cafés and a supermarket. Easy bus and bike access to the city centre. Ideal base for outdoor living and relaxation by the sea. Rental period: The apartment is available for short-term rental only, approx 2 weeks short rentals to 8-10 weeks, between 15 September and 15 November. Extension may be possible by agreement but no promise. The price is same on 2 weeks rental as on 2 months and are not negotiable. Other important information: The apartment is to be sold through a real estate agent. The tenant therefore agrees to keep it in good condition and to accommodate viewings (maximum 1 hour per occasion, maximum 2 occasions per week). For this, a fee of SEK 400 per viewing is offered, which can provide a discount of up to SEK 3,200 per month. Pets: Dogs and cats (no lions unfortunately) are allowed for an additional fee of SEK 500 per week. Service dogs assisting with a physical disability are free of charge. Other service or assistance animals require documentation and will not be approved without it. Payment: The full rent can be paid in cash (Swedish 500-krona notes only), via Swish, PayPal or Revolut. Bitcoin is accepted in exceptional cases against an extra transaction fee of SEK 500 because of the waiting time while payment is processed to my personal wallet. Important: I never (ever) ask about the origin of the money. The only important thing is that payment is made according to the agreement, so that both tenant and landlord are satisfied with the arrangement. Parking: I am very happy to help you find the most convenient and economical parking options in the area. Deposit: You pay a booking fee of 5,000 SEK as a deposit. When 10 days remain until the arrival date, you pay the full remaining amount, with the deposit deducted from the total. Cancellation policy: • 75 % of the booking value is refunded for cancellations made at least 10 days before the start of the stay. • 50 % of the booking value is refunded for cancellations made at least 5 days before the start of the stay. • 25 % of the booking value is refunded for cancellations made on the same day or 1 day before the planned arrival. The same refund rules apply to the deposit as to cancellation. Please note that I cannot guarantee that a refund due to cancellation will be processed using exactly the same payment method as the original booking. Other information: ”Key handover” and payment can take place within 1–2 days after agreement. A short in-person meeting is required, exceptions only allowed when I get provided with full ID front and backside (passport, national European identity card, or EU drivers license). For any country outside European Union a valid passport is the only opportunity to make a reservation and money transfer without any psychical meeting before check-in when I also leave the keys to the guest. Before I demand any payments in advance, you will be provided with my passport (front and back) by yourself as a trust and code of conduct and what I believe is equal good business behavial. Notice: The apartment is not available before 15 September, and availability after 15 November cannot be guaranteed. The guaranteed time to rent the apartment is from 15 September - 15 November. This is a short time solution stay only. Preferable for someone new in Sweden who is looking to find a cheaper or more longterm solution, while this is a perfect first ”small luxury” choice to be matched for someone who want a comfort new start or holiday in a highly representative apartment for it’s size and location in beautiful Västra Hamnen - near to both city & sea at the same time!
