I have a two-family house on Sjöstigen 3, 43136 Mölndal. It is in a beautiful location directly on a lake (Rådasjö), but only about five minutes by car to the center of Göteborg. Bus is also nearby. For someone who enjoys nature, this is the best of both worlds. You can swim a few meters from the house, you can walk a few minutes from the house into the forest for a long walk, and you are very close to the city. The apartment I am renting is 80 square meters and three rooms. It has two bedrooms and a large 50 square meter room, which is kitchen, living room and eating area all in one big room.
