The space: Newly built guesthouse that has been carefully designed to accommodate both short- and long-term stays, offering a wide range of modern comforts. The guesthouse is located approximately 35 metres from the public road and is accessed via a driveway. This provides added privacy and a quieter environment away from traffic noise. Self check-in is available using a door code, which will be provided shortly before your arrival. Upon entering, you are welcomed into an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is located to the right, while the dining area and sofa are to the left. Six large windows fill the space with natural light and offer panoramic views of the surrounding greenery, along with glimpses of the lake. The bedroom and bathroom are located on either side of the kitchen. The bedroom is simple, comfortable, and designed for a restful stay. The wardrobe includes hangers, six drawers, dedicated storage for jewellery and watches, and a full body mirror integrated into one of the sliding doors. The bed comfortably accommodates two guests. A frosted-glass window allows natural light into the room while maintaining complete privacy. The bathroom is fully tiled in warm beige tones, complemented by seafoam-green tiles in the shower area. The spacious walk-in shower is modern and easy to use. Like the bedroom, the bathroom features a frosted-glass window that brings in natural light while preserving privacy. Just outside the front door, you'll find a small wooden patio where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Guests also have access to the upper garden, reached by following the gravel path to a staircase. At the top, a private viewing deck offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. The entire guesthouse and the upper garden viewing deck is available to you. Apart from Stockholm (20 min bus ride), in the nearby area you might find these activities to be a worthwhile visit: Kumlabadet (Kumla beach) is a small sanded beach roughly a 15 minute walk from the guesthouse, where you can swim and relax. Tyresta National Park has fun running and hiking trails, which you can reach in 10 min by car, or a 30 min bus ride. Kayak renting is available just a 5 min walk from the guesthouse. It is great fun and an easy way to explore the lake.
