Huset ligger på en hörntomt (618 m2), med trädgården i söder- och västerläge med stort trädäck som har sol från morgon till kväll. Trädgården är insynsskyddad (så snart avenbokshäcken har slagit ut på våren!), barnvänlig och har möjlighet till odling i ett flertal pallkragar. I trädgården finns äppelträd, plommon, fikon, vindruvor, krusbär, rabarber m.m. Huset ligger 1 km från havet, gångavstånd till vackra Alnarpsparken och med närhet till många lekplatser och grönområden. Lomma har numera tåg till Malmö (7 minuter) och ett levande centrum med restauranger, flera livsmedelsbutiker, gym, systembolag, bank, apotek m.m. The house is 135 m² and features a large conservatory and a beautiful garden with fruit trees and berry bushes. The house includes three bedrooms, a smaller office, a spacious living room and kitchen in an open-plan layout, as well as a laundry room. There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate guest WC. The house offers generous space and built-in storage. The property sits on a corner lot (618 m²), with the garden facing south and west. There is a large wooden deck that enjoys sun from morning until evening. The garden is private and sheltered (especially once the hornbeam hedge has grown in during spring), child-friendly, and offers space for gardening in several raised beds. In the garden there are apple trees, plums, figs, grapes, gooseberries, rhubarb and more. The house is located 1 km from the sea, within walking distance of the beautiful Alnarp Park, and close to several playgrounds and green areas. Lomma has a train connection to Malmö (7 minutes) and a lively town center with restaurants, several grocery stores, gyms, Systembolaget, bank, pharmacy and more. There are also regular bus connections and good cycling paths to both Malmö and Lund. The kitchen is bright and open with plenty of storage and is equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as a built-in full-height freezer. It is connected in an open-plan layout to a large and social living room with access to the conservatory, which leads out to the wooden deck and garden. Bedroom 1 has white walls and one accent wall with colorful wallpaper, as well as two built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has white walls combined with silver floral wallpaper and three built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has white walls and a floral accent wall, as well as two built-in wardrobes. The office is a bright walk-through room between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms with space for two comfortable workstations. It also has two double mirrored wardrobes from IKEA with fitted interiors. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer and has good storage space, as well as access to the garage. The bathroom has white wall tiles, gray floor tiles, double sinks, a large mirrored cabinet, toilet and shower. There is also a separate guest WC with toilet and sink. There is a garage with space for one car, as well as parking on the driveway and on the street outside the house. A large guest parking area is located next to the property. Viewings in person will take place after an initial digital meeting. The house can be rented unfurnished, partially furnished, or fully furnished by agreement (though not with the exact furniture shown in the photos). Pets must be approved in advance. We would like to rent out the house long-term, preferably for at least one year and ideally longer. The rent includes property tax and parking, but is otherwise “cold rent”, meaning utilities are not included.
