Hi all, I'm looking to sub-let my apartment while I'm down under escaping the winter. I only brought it a few months ago, but all the necessities are there. It's a beautiful flat, in a really cosy area in St Knut. It's two floors, two bathrooms, 1 office, big kitchen, little bedroom & living room with a big tv (thank the bf for that). Washing machine in apartment and street parking. There is also a laundry room/ drying room in the basement. We also have a sauna in the basement that you can book and a guest room that can be used for any guests (up to 7 days). The sub-let cost per month is 8,000 SEK. The dates are sometime mid-Jan, to end of March. If anyone knows anyone who might be interested hit me up. Also open to shorter amounts of time if that fits.
