Huset ligger på en skaft tomt, det är en liten privat väg på 20 meter in till huset.
Vägen utanför har en max hastighet på 30km/timmen.
Huset har en stor asfalterad plan med plats för upp till 8 bilar, hela parkeringen syns inte på bilden där utsidan av huset visas.
Undervåningen har 3 sovrum, varav ett både har ingång från huset och inifrån huset.
Man välkomnas av en stor hall, en stor tvättstuga, badrum och vardagsrum. Hela undervåningen med golv gjordes om 2018.
Övervåningen består av 2 sovrum, där det största sovrummet har utgång till terrassen.
Vidare finns det ett äldre stort badrum, öppen planlösning mellan matsal och vardagsrum samt kök som även det har utgång till terrassen. Från vardagsrummet på ovanvåningen kommer du ut till en långsmal balkong som är lika lång som huset.
På baksidan finns det även en högre altan med fin utsikt som du når via en trappa.
På sidan av huset finns även där en liten uteplats. Detta gör att det finns 4 uteplatser i 3 olika väderstreck.
Det är 800 meter till närmaste sjö där man kan fiska (om man har fiskekort), bakom den finns det en fin skog och en skogsjö som är fin att bada i. Det är 1km till närmaste mataffär en ICA, annars finns en större mataffär COOP 1,2 kom bort. Det är 2km till närmaste köpcentrum med många olika affärer, caféer och restauranger. Ett badhus med ett gym finns 1 km från bostaden.
Det går direkt buss till Stuvsta och Huddinge station finns utanför huset. Bussen tar ca 12 minuter och pendeln in till Stockholms centralstation tar 13 minuter.

House for rent, close the forest and the lake Trehörningen.
The house is in the quiet residential area of Kynäs, Huddinge.
It is a little private road of 20 meters that goes to the house, so the house is not on the immediate street where the cars drives (speed limit 30 km/hour).
There is a big paved space enough for 8 cars, or to play basket, bandy or other sports.
The house has several spaces to sit outside so one can always take a coffee in the sunshine.
One wide balcony the is on the front of the house, over a little lawn.
One on the side, a small space enough for 4 people.
And then on the back of the house there is terrace higher up and then a lower terrace that is right outside the kitchen. The lower terrace has a entrance from the kitchen and the main bedroom.
Downstairs all renovated 2017:
The hall is big with a big closet. Renovated.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The washing room is big and has a wardrobe, much space for drying clothes and a washing machine and a dryer.
From the washing room you enter a bedroom that has it owns entrance also from the outside.
There is two more bedrooms and also a big living room.
Upstairs renovated 2017-2020:
One living room that is combined with the dining area and kitchen.
There is two bedrooms, one which is the main bedroom.
The bathroom is not renovated lately but is functional, it contains toilet,

The house is available for rent from August 1st 2024 and is rented out one year at a time, with an option to extend the lease. No smoking are allowed inside the house. Pets are allowed. Credit information and letters of recommendation are a requirement for the opportunity to rent.
The house is located 50 m from the closest bus stop that takes you down to Stuvsta centrum in 12 minutes, where you connect to the commuter train. The train to T-centralen takes 13 minutes.
The nearest fitness center is 2km (2000meters) away and Huddinge centrum is 1,2 km by foot. The closet food store is 0,9km (900 meters) away.
