The villa offers shared access to a living room, kitchen, office, guest room, sauna, a small gym, a glass veranda at the back and a front veranda. Occasionally, you can get a drive for shopping in a Tesla. The large backyard has various flower and fruit plants, making it a fun space to enjoy in the summer. The house is fully secured with Verisure alarm. The villa is a 15-minute bus to Uppsala Central Station, with the nearest bus stop just 200 meters away.
