Ett trevligt, ljust studentrum på 12 kvm, en trappa upp i ett lugnt hus där en annan student också bor tillsammans med mig själv. Omgivningen är mycket nära studentstaden, så det är lätt att träffa kompisar. Det är ett mycket lugnt område utan biltrafik, två minuter från campus Engelska Parken & 5 minuter till Blåsenhus. Two wardrobes, very classical, a bed and a couple of laptop desks. Chairs of course and lamps... The room is close to Engelska Parken and busses lead you everywhere you wish. The area is very quiet, no traffic close to the doors. But there are some cats so it is very important that you are not allergic. In the house, there is two bathrooms and we share a kitchen. The rent is 3 500 all included: wifi, electricity, water and even a general insurance.
