A furnished room is available in a 3-room apartment in Gottsunda. I live alone in the apartment. You can move in after August 15th. The apartment is just an 8-minute walk from Gottsunda Centrum and a 4-minute walk to public transport (bus number 3). It takes 9 minutes by bicycle to reach SLU. Gottsunda Centrum offers several grocery stores and a bathhouse. Gottsunda is located near a lake and forests, providing many opportunities for outdoor activities. The rent for the room is 4300 SEK per month, with one month's rent required in advance. I am looking to rent it out to a student, PhD student, or someone who works in Uppsala (possibly a weekly commuter) and has a stable income. You should be a gentle, calm person, and a non-smoker. You will also have access to a laundry facility (in the yard) where you can wash for free. WiFi and all bills are included in the rent. The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
