Vi ser att våra hyresgäster är fria från rökning, alkohol, droger, bil och husdjur samt inte har kompisar som sover över eller fester i huset. Vi ser att du som hyresgäst är renlig och ordningsam samt har en ordnad ekonomi, även att du tar ett gemensamt ansvar för det dagliga såsom att rengöra köket efter matlagning, rengöra toalett och handfat efter användning, gå ut med sopor o s v och visa respekt för husregler t ex att vara tyst mellan Kl 22.00 och 07.00 på vardagar samt 23.00 och 08.00 på helger.
