Hej Karim heter jag och jag har ett rum att hyra ut i Solna. Rummet är 15 kvm med en fantastisk utsikt mot Stockholm. Uppsägnings tid är 3 månader. Jag kommer sällan att vara i lägenheten under sensommaren och hela hösten 2024.Vacker sol uppgång på morgonen. Jag respekterar absolut människors space och integritet. Inflyttning 1 Maj 2024 eller 1 Juni 2024 eller 1 Juli 2024 eller 1 Augusti 2024. Hyra 6889 i månaden. El och bredband tillkommer som man delar på. Mycket nära till vacker Natur Hagaparken. Nära till Willys bara 5 minuters gångväg från bostad. Nära till kommunikationer så som pendeltåg, tvärbana, busshållplats, även vårdcentral alldeles utanför bostaden. Mycket nära till Mall Of Scandinavia. Gott om förvarings utrymmen i hallen finns att låna. Även förråd i källaren. Du kommer att få egna nycklar och egen tagg till tvättstugan så du/ni kan boka tid själv när det passar dig/er. Mer om mig själv. Karim heter jag och är en trevlig och snäll mycket omtänksam, genuin man med hjärtat på det rätta stället. Är en lugn person och lätt att komma överens med. Har mottot behandla andra som du själv vill bli behandlad. Det är den gyllene regeln. Kommer att göra allt för att hyresgästen kommer att trivas här. Jag är även mycket gästfri. Hi, my name is Karim and I have a room to rent in Solna. There is 3 months notice. I will barely be here during late summer and mostly of late fall. The room is 15 square meters with a fantastic view towards Stockholm. Beautiful sunrise in the morning. I absolutely respect people's space and privacy. Move in date is May 1 2024 June 1 2024 or July 1 2024 or August 1 2024 . Rent 6889 Electricity and broadband is not included and needs to be shared and divided in two. The broadband is very fast. Very close to beautiful nature and a beautiful park. Close to the Supermarket Willys, just 5 minutes' walk from the building. Close to communications such as commuter trains, tram station, bus stop, even a health center right outside the home. Very close to Mall Of Scandinavia. Plenty of storage space in the hall way to borrow. Also storage in the basement. You will receive your own keys and your own tag for the laundry so you can make reservations for laundery yourself when it suits you. More about myself. My name is Karim and I am a nice and kind very caring, genuine man with his heart in the right place. I am a very calm person and easy to get along with. And my motto in life is treat others as you would like to be treated. That's the golden rule. I will do everything i can so the tenant will enjoy it and feel comfortable here. I clean the apartment every week and i like it to have it tidy. It is always clinically clean and fresh here. The kitchen is newly renovated last year.
