I'm renting out my apartment due to work in a different city.
The apartment is located on the 3:rd floor with a loft-enterence and a private balcony. There is acces to a roof terrace through the housing association.
From the apartment it's a 5 minute walk to two different grocerie stores. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the train station (to Uppsala C, 10 minutes by train) and about 7 minutes walk to a direct bus to SLU (line 101, 25 minutes).
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer and a combined oven/microwave. The bathroom also has a combined washing machine and dryer.
Access by agreement, but no earlier than July 1, 2025. Long-term rental only, at least 1 year with 3 months notice.
