Förutom hyran är det 1500kr för el/varmvatten och sophämtning. Hyr ut en nyrenoverad, omöblerad lägenhet (separat ingång) med 2 rum och wc. Lägenheten är helt separat från resten av huset. Ena rummet är ett större rum utrustad med spisplatta och kyl/frys samt fläkt. Badrummet består av wc, dusch samt en tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Andra rummet är ett mindre sovrum. Vid behov kan även ordna en riktig spis med ugn. Precis utanför finns en busshållplats med bussar direkt in till stan på 15-20 min. Även nära till lokalt centrum med bl.a. matvarubutiker, restaurang och gym. Hyrs ut tillsvidare. Rent a newly renovated, unfurnished apartment (separate entrance) with 2 rooms and bathroom. The apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house. One room is a larger room equipped with a small stove and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a washing machine. Fits perfectly for a maximum of two! Right outside there is a bus stop with buses directly into town in 15-20 minutes. Also close to the local centre with e.g. grocery stores, restaurant and gym.
