Vardagsrummet och matsalen är förbundna genom en bågformad genomgång. Detsamma gäller för matsalen och hallen och hela våningen ger därför ett mycket rymligt intryck. Till matsalen finns ett komplett porslinsservis, komplett uppsättning modernt bestick samt kristallglas. Köket har arbetsytor i svart granit, en stor skänk samt ett stort matbord. I köket finns en komplett uppsättning hushållsmaskiner, typ matberedare m m samt vardagsporslin, bestick, glas och kaffekoppar. Golvet i kök och i hallen består av polerad granit, som – förutom rutinmässigt rengöring - är i det närmaste underhållsfri. Kontorsrummet är inrett i gillestugan på bottenvåningen med två stora skrivbord, ett flertal hurtsar, sex bokhyllor, skrivmaskin och ett stort avställningsbord. Ett flertal elanslutningslister finns under fönstren. I tvättstugan finns en stor garderob med skjutdörrar och en gästsäng. I denna våning finns allt till vardagslivet. COMFORTABLE HOME WITH OFFICE SPACE Riant and well-kept upper floor of a villa. The cosy living room has a door to the spacious and furnished glass veranda, which faces a terrace. The living room and dining room are connected by an arched passage. The same goes for the dining room and the hall and the whole floor therefore gives a very spacious impression. For the dining room there is complete porcelain tableware, complete set of modern cutlery and crystal glass. The kitchen has work surfaces in black granite, a large sideboard and a large dining table. The kitchen has a complete set of household appliances, such as food processors, etc. as well as everyday crockery, cutlery, glasses and coffee cups. The floor in the kitchen and in the hall consists of polished granite, which - in addition to routine cleaning - is virtually maintenance-free. The office room is furnished in the recreation room on the ground floor with two large desks, several cabinets, six bookshelves, a typewriter and a large storage table. Several electrical connection strips are located under the windows. In the laundry room there is a large closet with sliding doors and a guest bed. Everything is available for everyday life.
