We have a well ventilated , newly renovated basement in a villa available for rent From Oct 1st 2024. 2 adults people preferred and the rent mentioned is only for 2 adults but can talk if there is a need for 3 friends or family with increase in rent may be 14k for 3 adults (preferred no kids or pets). The house is 7 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and 15 mins to central by bus. Ask for more details or share your contact so we can talk more and plan for a visit.
