Renting out my apartment for a renewable period of 1 year (bostadsrätt). This is a 38m2 apartment (with a very large balcony) located in Danderyds Sjukhus, 5 minutes by walk from the subway station which leads to T-Centralen in 12 minutes with the red line. A supermarket and few restaurants are located 6-7 minutes away and there is a large shopping center at the next station (Mörby Centrum). It takes around 15 minutes to go there if you prefer to walk instead. The Edsviken waterfront, but also the seaside which leads to the archipelago, are about 10 minutes away by walk. The latter can take you to Djursholm Centrum then Täby or even further depending on your motivation (I highly recommend this walk). The apartment is available immediately. Note : A TV as well as a coat rack on the wall have also already been added.
