Opposite the University, you’ll find our Bifrost neighborhood. Here, we offer a modern unfurnished apartment. White-painted walls and parquet floors are standard. The bathroom features tiles, floor tiles, and a washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen, there’s a dishwasher, but a microwave is not included. Electricity and water consumption are not included in the rent. Internet connection from the University of Borås is provided; however, there is no Wi-Fi, so you’ll need to bring your own router or network cable. There are no common areas. No storage is included unless you have a walk-in closet in your apartment. You have a three-month notice period and pay rent for all months throughout the year. Apartment changes can be made after the first year. Attention! Rent refers to 2024 years rent. The rent will increase from the 1st of February 2025!
