This is a unique living space with large windows, well-planned interior, and some apartments featuring spacious sleeping lofts. The bathroom is fully tiled with a glass shower wall. Almost all apartments come equipped with a washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a stove with a cooktop. However, a microwave is not included. Electricity and water consumption are not included in the rent. Internet connection from the University of Borås is provided, as there is no Wi-Fi, so you’ll need to bring your own router or network cable. In the basement, you have your own storage room where you’ll need to bring your own larger padlock. Common areas are available, and there’s an overnight apartment that can be booked on-site.
