Förutom hyran är det 1000kr för el/varmvatte/sophämtning. Hyr ut en nyrenoverad, omöblerad lägenhet (separat ingång) med 2 rum och wc. Lägenheten är helt separat från resten av huset. Ena rummet är ett större rum utrustad med spisplatta och kyl/frys samt fläkt. Badrummet består av wc, dusch samt en tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Andra rummet är ett mindre sovrum. Passar perfekt för två! Om man bestämmer sig för att hyra är planen att installera en spis med ugn så att man får en fullbordad kök. Precis utanför finns en busshållplats med bussar direkt in till stan på 15-20 min. Även nära till lokalt centrum med bl.a. matvarubutiker, restaurang och gym. Hyrs ut tillsvidare. Rent a newly renovated, unfurnished apartment (separate entrance) with 2 rooms and bathroom. The apartment is completely separate from the rest of the house. One room is a larger room equipped with a small stove and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a washing machine. Fits perfectly for a maximum of two! Right outside there is a bus stop with buses directly into town in 15-20 minutes. Also close to the local centre with e.g. grocery stores, restaurant and gym.
