Renting out one bedroom from the 1 January 2025 Rent includes electricity, internet and water. To and From the city by bike it takes 10-15mim and by bus its 7min. Room is available from the 1 January 2025 Room not full furnished and you will be sharing the apartment with me. I am student myself and will be sharing the space only during holidays bank holidays away from university. My university is in Norrbotten. Otherwise you have the place for yourself.
