Hello! And yes, the first picture is your view from the balcony ;) I am 35 yeard old guy renting out a room (13sqm) in my apartment in Kungsholmen/Fridhemsplan in Stockholm. Room is available from now until 14th of October (but can be discussed for longer rent). It is a 3-room apartment, 56sqm, with a big kitchen and a great view of the city. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all kitchen necessities etc. The bathroom is recently renovated. The room where I work and will use as my bedroom is close to the entrance and not directly connected to your room. Your room is the one connected to a beautiful balcony with an amazing view of Stockholm. The room is now only decorated with a bed, however I can readjust it to a smaller 140cm bed along with a desk and space for clothing storage. Just let me know and I will fix it. If you have furniture/bed/etc you want to install in the room, then that is ofc OK. Approx 8-10 min walk from green line Fridhemsplan, and maybe 3 min walk to blue line Fridhemsplan. Fridhemsplan is great and central hub, only two stops from Central Station with the blue metro line. In Fridhemsplan you will find everything you need, including shopping malls, Willys/ICA/Coop, and also a lot of cheap pubs etc. My 11 year old son lives here every other weekend, but he is a nice and quiet kid, mostly playing games with his headphones on. I am looking for someone who is clean, chill and respectful, maybe a foreign student or similar. Also I do travel quite a lot and will be out of the country occasionally, so you will be spending time here alone for several weeks.
