It’s a ten-minute walk to all universities in Malmö, a ten-minute bike ride to the beach, and a two-minute walk to a shopping center for home goods and clothing. There is a beautiful garden, perfect for sunbathing in the summer, relaxation, and even a moment to cry if needed. Deposit: 5000 SEK. A credit check will be conducted. Det är tio minuters promenad till alla universitet i Malmö, tio minuter med cykel till havsstranden, och två minuters promenad till köpcenter för hem och kläder. Det finns en mycket vacker trädgård som är perfekt för solbad på sommaren, avkoppling och till och med en stund för att gråta om det behövs. Deposition 5000 kr, kreditupplysning kommer göras.
