I’m renting out a room in my house. It’s a room in the attic. With furniture and tv. Bedclothes included. I’m renting out two rooms so you will share fridge and freezer with the other student. Bus stop to central station and university is nearby. Takes about 20 minutes to get there. No smoking. No pets. We don’t share my living room. You pay a deposit that will be returned when you move out. The day you move in is the day you start pay rent.
