My apartment is located at the fantastic Möllan, near both Södervärn busstop and Triangeln train station as well as MAU’s HS and KL buildings. It has 3 rooms, a kitchen and is 79 square meters. My tenant is welcome to use the whole apartment, except for my bedroom and walk-in closet. There’s also a patio. Your bedroom is 10.5 square meters. The rent is 5800 kr and includes water, electricity and wifi. The room has access to ethernet and is furnished. There’s a washing machine in the apartment and a more equipped washhouse in the basement. I’m looking for a female or nonbinary tenant, preferably a student. You don’t smoke and have enough money to pay rent every month. It’s also important that you like animals, since you’ll be living with my two cats. Balthazar ”Balte” is soon two years old. He’s very cozy and likes to sit in someone’s lap or be carried. He’s not afraid of new people in the slightest. Skräckis is half a year old and very playful. He was born with a hearing disability and therefore can’t hear some sounds. For both of our sakes, we’ll have a meeting to get to know each other and pass on more information before we commit ourselves further. We’ll have a short term lease of 6 months to start with, with good chance of an indefinite tenancy agreement after that.
