You are welcome to rent a room in our furnished family home. Perhaps you are a single parent with a child, because there is preschool and school are near by to walk to. Maybe you have a job in Ljungby which is under 15minutes away. If you are alone or a family we can adjust the rent and terms for you if you need to rent extra rooms or the whole upper house. There is plenty of space and other room options. All bills are included and we will be in the home around 25% in the basement sometimes - approximately 25% which has it's own entrance and is seperate. The other 50% we will be away. But this is just a guide, it could be more or less. The house has a fully monitored and supported security system. There a good garden for growing and relaxing. Also there is lots of peaceful countryside around to explore and play. There is a lovely lake near by for viewing and a wonderful one for bathing a short drive away. We will consider your pet, but can't guarantee, it depends on what it is thanks.
