Hi, I want to rent out 1 room in my 80 m2 apartment. You will also get a separate small room to keep your things/belongings. Hall, kitchen, balcony and bath room will be shared. Electricity, water and internet included. I am looking for a person(s) who can live calmly and keep the shared area clean and tidy. Preferably for researchers, students, working people or a pair. You will get flexibility to move out whenever you find a comfortable apartment near to your studies or job with one month notice period. The rent is negotiable (depends on 1 or 2) and you are welcome to visit the apartment with an appointment, if you are interested. Regards
