Området Krigslida är ett lugnt bostadsområde i Haninge kommun, söder om Stockholm med nära till natur. Lättaste sättet att ta sig till Stockholm är med pendeltåg från stationen i Krigslida ca 6–7 minuter promenad från lägenheten. Tåget tar ca 35–40 minuter in till Stockholms Central. Det finns också nära till busslinje som tar en till Västerhaninge på 7–8 minuter där det finns fler busslinjer samt fler pendellinjer och avgångar mot Stockholm. I Västerhaninge finns närmaste serviceställen matbutiker och ett par restauranger. Lägenheten kommer vara nästan helt möblerad. Köksbord och stolar i köket. Det kommer även finnas lite tallrikar, bestick och glas samt vattenkokare. Vardagsrum med soffa, soffbord, TV bänk samt TV. Sovrummet har ett skrivbord och kontorsstol samt en mindre hylla, däremot kommer det saknas säng då jag tar den med mig i flytten. Badrummet har två överskåp, en kommod med förvaring undertill, badkar och dusch samt en kombinerad tvätt och torktumlare. Det finns också tillgång till en fullt utrustad tvättstuga i föreningen. I hallen finns en garderob med plats att hänga kläder och ställa skor samt hatthyllor. Det finns inget lägenhetsförråd att hyra. Du som hyr ska vara rök och djur fri. Ingår: vatten, el och Wi-Fi. The Krigslida area is a quiet residential area in Haninge Municipality, south of Stockholm with proximity to nature. The easiest way to get to Stockholm is by commuter train from the station in Krigslida about 6–7 minutes walk from the apartment. The train takes about 35–40 minutes to Stockholm Central. There is also a bus line close by that takes you to Västerhaninge in 7–8 minutes where there are more bus lines as well as more commuter lines and departures towards Stockholm. In Västerhaninge there are the nearest service points, grocery stores and a couple of restaurants. The apartment will be almost fully furnished. Kitchen table and chairs in the kitchen. There will be a number of plates and cutlery, also a water boiler. Livingroom with sofa, coffee table, TV bench and TV. The bedroom has a desk, office chair and a small bookcase. There is no bed as I am taking it with me when I move. The bathroom has two wall cabinets, a washstand with storage underneath, a bathtub and shower and a combined washer and dryer. There is also access to a fully equipped laundry room in the association. In the hall there is a wardrobe with space for clothes, shoes and shelves. There is no apartment storage to rent.
