The apartment The apartment was fully renovated in 2019 with a new kitchen and bathroom. It will be partly furnished during the rental period but details can be discussed prior to agreement. There are 2 large rooms facing east with built in wardrobes for storage. One of the rooms are currently being used as a bedroom and the other is our kid’s playroom. The kitchen and the dining room (facing east) is combined with our living room area where there’s also a balcony and a functioning fireplace. The fourth smaller room (facing north) has a stunning view of the water and the island Långholmen. We have used it as a bedroom, but it can also be converted into an office space. There’s space for coats and shoes in the hallway and there’s a storage room behind the kitchen. The building has a bike room and elevator, while the adjacent building houses a communal laundry room equipped with multiple washing machines and tumble dryers. Step outside, and you'll find Vindragarparken, offering abundant opportunities for socializing with friends and neighbors. Reimersholme Reimersholme is a small island on the western tip of Södermalm in Stockholm. It’s a unique place to live in a big city, a peaceful and quiet environment with an abundance of nature wherever you look. There are several walking (and running!) paths along the waterfront with views of the surrounding city and the neighboring island Långholmen. There is a small supermarket and a convenience store and just a few years ago a new restaurant and wine bar opened at the friendly Reimers Hotel. The island is connected to Södermalm through a small bridge and the bus lines 66 and 54 that passes Hornstull (closest metro station), Fridhemsplan, Medborgarplatsen, Nytorget, Stockholm Central Station and Östermalm on their routes.
