A house-mate is wanted! I live too big as I own this house on my own. I therefore divided floors and you'll get your own bed- and living room, bathroom and kitchenette. To make it cosy, we cannot live as the other person doesn't exist. We show respect for the other person's privacy and consideration in the same way as if we shared an apartment, but at the same time have out own rooms and stuff + can take a coffee together in the garden room and you can grow vegetables. It goes every 7th to 20th minute until 01:30/02:30. Line 5 along Amiralsgatan—takes 30 minutes to Malmö C. - Free parking - I partitioned the floors by building a wall in front of the internal staircase with a sound-insulated wall and adding extra soundproofing to the ceiling. ROOMS: - Bedroom with Smart TV - Living room with home cinema setup - Bathroom renovated in 2021 - Kitchenette: includes a new air fryer, microwave, hot plates, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. You are welcome to store food in my main freezer and use my oven. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also located here. OTHER INFORMATION - I use the washing machine/tumble dryer in your kitchenette once a week (two loads).
