Jag hyr ut en fullt möblerad studentlägenhet. Den ligger i området Nilstorp i södra Lund. Det är mycket goda kommunikationsmöjligheter och det tar 10 min att ta sig till centrum av Lund. I området finns flera större mataffärer. Till vår bostadsrättsföreningen finns en stor trädgård där du kan sitta under lugna former fram till kl 23. I källaren finns tvättkällaren med 2 maskiner, torktumlare och stort torkrum. I den stora hallen utanför ytterdörren till lägenheten ligger dusch och toalett som du delar med 2 andra studenter. Nilstorp är ett lugn och lummig stadsdel med goda möjligheter att ta en löp-, promenad- eller cykelrunda. I am renting out a fully furnished student apartment. It is located in the Nilstorp area in southern Lund. There are very good transport links and it takes 10 minutes to get to the centre of Lund. There are several larger supermarkets in the area. Our housing association has a large garden where you can sit in peace until 11pm. In the basement there is a laundry room with 2 machines, a tumble dryer and a large drying room. In the large hall outside the front door to the apartment there is a shower and toilet that you share with 2 other students. Nilstorp is a quiet and leafy neighbourhood with good opportunities to go for a run, walk or cycle.
