Notably, all the walls throughout the apartment are freshly painted. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has the capacity to accommodate either a bathtub or a washing machine. Additionally, a new bathroom sink was installed during the summer of 2024. There is a double door at the entrance, significantly reducing noise and enhancing heat retention. Located on an elevated ground floor, the property provides a sense security as opposed to a standard ground-floor residence. It features a French balcony and two large, contemporary windows offering an agreeable view, with no towering buildings and welcome abundant natural light throughout the day. Water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich grill, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and a clothing iron. Additionally, I have constructed a versatile room-divider. The room is spacious enough to allow for temporary or permanent division, creating a private and cozy bedroom area. When not in use it can be easily folded and stored neatly on the side.
